We shop online just like our customers and understand that shipping and return policies are always an important aspect for online shoppers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will do everything in our power to make shipping and returning an item as easy as possible.  
Stock weathervanes will ship in 1-2 business days. Shipping times for handmade weathervanes and cupolas can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship.  

Because our items are made to order, turnaround time can take longer. If your order does take longer, we will notify the customer. If you would like to know the shipping time for a particular item, please contact support at 866-855-0671.

Free shipping includes all lower 48 states. This makes shopping on our site fast and easy, not having to be surprised by extra shipping charges at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay to get the item shipped right to your door step. This is one way we would like to say “thank you” to our valued customers. Return Policy

Damaged Merchandise:  
While rare, sometimes items can be damaged during shipping. Please inspect your item upon delivery. If the item is visibly damaged, please notify the delivery company immediately. If an item is sent with a manufacturers defect, please notify customer support and a replacement will be sent at no expense.

Return Products:
 You have 30 days to return your merchandise. A standard 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for weathervanes and accessories. A 30% restocking fee is required for cupolas and 50% for large cupolas (larger than 50 sq. feet). The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

After the 30 Day window has passed, we cannot accept returns.

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please send an email to to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).  Returns without this number will be refused.

To Make a Return, Simply:

  1. Repack your product with all of its components back into its original packaging.
  2. Contact us via email at or fill out the contact form to inform us of your return.
  3. An RMA number will be created and you will receive shipping back instructions.
